I picked up this black jumpsuit at Nordstrom the week before last. I actually went there to return an item I’d purchased online and, of course, I got sucked into the vortex of shopping quickly!

TROUVE JUMPSUIT
Jumpsuits and rompers have popped up the last few seasons and it seems like they’re here to stay. And – for good reason! They are so easy to wear and you can get dressed so quickly! What I love about this racerback style by Trouve is that the material is so soft it feels like silk (but it isn’t).
It’s also drapey, which makes it much more flattering on your body. It’s a little trendy due to the ankle cropped length and moto inspired zippers at the bottom. But, it also gives the look an edgy feel too.
My mom and I took a girls trip to NYC last week and I decided to wear this to the Alvin Ailey show we saw on Friday night. So we could be twinsies, my mom wore this adorable polka dot jumpsuit and she looked adorable!
Since I’m into the jumpsuit trend, I wore this Dayahna style while we walked the High Line Park and shopped in the meatpacking district. While we were in the neighborhood, we checked out the Chelsea Market and sampled all sorts of treats. After some shopping, I’m now coveting this Kaylure Print style here and this Loft gingham romper.
