My mom and I have started a tradition of taking a girls trip each year and this year we went to Manhattan. I wore this adorable Topshop lace overlay dress from Nordstrom on a Greenwich Village food tour that was so much fun.

The weather in NYC was gorgeous over this past weekend and this white lace trim dress was perfect for the (nearly) Summer temperatures. It has an open back, so it let the breezy wind keep me cool while we walked around. Since the weather was a little cooler at night, I brought this lightweight watercolor stripe scarf with as well.
We always do a lot of walking when we’re in the city, so I packed these really comfy espadrille flats for the trip. I am loving this brand so much that I also picked up these wedges in white and am now coveting these striped flat ankle wraps too.
We stayed at the Gansevoort Park Avenue and were treated to a sweet upgrade with a full sundeck balcony! Since the weather was gorgeous, we got breakfast from a market across the street and ate outside on our patio two of the three mornings we were in town. The rooftop bar was also adorable (where I took these pictures) and the pool was trendy, but still quiet during the day which was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again.
