From one sale to another! First we fill your closets for Spring and now we decorate your home from the Serena & Lily Spring Design Sale! After our unexpected laundry room renovation (details coming soon) stole my attention the past two months, I’ve turned my sights now to other areas of our house. While we bought some patio furniture last year, we’re still lacking side tables and some other pieces. But, we did update our master bedroom before Christmas with new sheets and a clean white, textured duvet from Serena & Lily that I absolutely love!
We also grabbed a throw blanket (currently eyeing this one now) and got the softest, quilted shams that add the perfect touch. Clearly, I went for all neutrals since that’s our vibe. My Home Decor Picks from the Serena & Lily Spring Design Sale
With everything going on right now (I’m looking at you #covid19), it’s a nice break to pop online and do a little home decor shopping. Even thought we moved into our home in late 2018, we’re still missing so many things. The Serena & Lily Spring Design sale is the perfect time to grab those investment pieces I’ve been eyeing at 20% OFF (use code FRESHMIX).
Of course, there are a few exclusions, like sale items and art pieces. But, other than that it’s free reign!
So, I combed through the site to see what I might want to pick up for our house. I’m including them here in no particular order!
Sheepskin Rugs
I love how luxe these rugs look. I have one next to our bed and another in the closet. It would also be a nice touch in a bathroom.
Capiz Scalloped Chandelier
This pendant is STUNNING! I would love to use it in our dining room, but we already have a piece there (similar to this one). So, instead I’m eyeing this flushmount that could be beautiful in our updated pantry.
Woven Colorblock Baskets
These are great catchalls for throw blankets or pillows next to a couch or in a kids bedroom.
Bone Inlay Mirror
At some point when we redo our guest bathroom, I’ll put two of these in there. But, for now it would also make a great accent piece in a hallway or entry.
Riviera Side Chair (Bistro Chair)
I absolutely adore these chairs and they have a Parisian feel to them. They’d look darling in a breakfast nook or on the patio.
Sutter Quilted Shams
Changing up your shams or pillows is the easiest way to redo a space. We have these in our master bedroom and they’re the softest material.
Dip Dyed Stool
For only $72 during the sale, this would make the cutest accent piece! Use this stool for any hard to reach cabinet.
I’ll be the first to tell you that the home decor and furniture at Serena & Lily are often investment pieces.
