From time to time I talk about new brands I’ve discovered and I’m always really excited to share them with you guys. Today is one of those days. During NYFW I partnered with Gentle Fawn to style one of the dresses from their new Fall collection. Interestingly, I’d just heard of the brand because another blogger is the face for their latest campaign and I shot with her photographer in Vancouver (see my posts here and here). As I combed through their website, I quickly realized they were a perfect match for my style. It was impossible not to fall in love with everything, including this faux wrap dress! With the weather dropping into the low 60’s during the day in New York City, I wore it with suede over the knee boots (similar here) and a classic leather jacket. It’s an easy, cute Fall outfit.

Gentle Fawn – Fall Collection
Fall is by far my favorite time of the year. I’m always excited to grab some soft cardigans, long sleeved tees and dresses for the new season. The awesome news is that everything at Gentle Fawn will mix and match well with what you currently own. The color palette has a mix of muted colors like cream, nude, and grey with some soft pinks and florals too. The fabrics are light. So, you can layer them easily and they’re super soft so you’re comfortable throughout the day.
My faux wrap dress that I wore the last day of NYFW has a grey animal print that I absolutely love. The print also comes in a pretty blouse version too. During the Summer I like items that are a bit more fitted, but in the Fall I gravitate more towards pieces that just barely graze my body. Fall is all about comfort to me. This striped shift dress is another fave that fits those style requirements. It’s chic but doesn’t hug your body too tightly. All of the pieces from Gentle Fawn are items you can wear during the day to run errands, to your kids activities or out for date night with a quick change into booties or heels!
