The second part of my #Nsale order came in, so I thought I’d do a quick try-on haul for you. Like I mentioned in my first post for my Nordstrom sale try-on haul, I shopped the sale for specific items this year. Normally, I lean more towards the designer pieces and I did get a few of those this year (more in the form of accessories like these Celine sunglasses and these sneakers). But, this year I needed some new basics, like these cozy pajamas and these flattering $45 jeans). The sale still includes it’s favorites like the Barefoot Dreams cardigan and the throw blanket. I just personally didn’t need them. But, they are in last year’s #nsale try-on haul post.
Dress (also love this one) // Birkenstocks (single strap version here)
You can count on a handful of great sweater dresses in the Nordstrom sale every year and this year it was this one, this one, and this one! I’m wearing one by Treasure & Bond and it is verrrrry stretchy. So, you can take your normal size or size down if you’re in between sizes. Paired with these chic Birkenstocks, it’s a great outfit for summer that you can transition to fall with boots and a denim or leather jacket.

Blazer Dress (also love this wrap style) // Black Suede Pumps
#Nsale Try-On Haul Part Two
Another thing I love about the Nordstrom sale are the amazing finds that you weren’t expecting, like this blazer dress. I 100% thought I’d be returning this item, only for the fit to be incredible. Size up 1 size for a more drapey and less fitted look like I did. Then, grab the best pair of heels from the sale which are this pair by Marc Fisher. They run TTS (I’m wearing a 9) and don’t require any breaking in at all.
Nsale Silk Pajamas
The third set of pajamas I ordered from the sale (the first two are in this post) are this gorgeous silk pair. They come in four colors and the fit is TTS. Normally $199, they’re marked down to $139 for the sale. Ultimately, I did decide to return these because I’ve come to the conclusion I don’t love silk jammie’s! But, if you do they’re amazing quality for a great price.
NSale Jeans
Top: Bootcut Jeans // Bottom: Skinny Jeans
Being 8 months postpartum, I’m still struggling to fit into some of my favorite denim. So, instead of continuing to struggle, I decided to get a few pairs of affordable jeans in the sale. The Wit & Wisdom brand was recommended by a few friends and I was pleasantly surprised how well they fit. I took the size 8 in both the bootcut (just $58) and the skinny jeans (only $45). The bootcut style is more of a washed black while the skinny jeans are a true, dark black. They have powermesh panels that hold you in, but they’re made from a super soft stretch denim. So, they’re very comfortable.
A few of the #nsale beauty items I wanted sold out. But, both the T3 curling iron and the hair dryer are still available. The quality of their hair tools is incredible and they’re well worth the price. You can get the curler for $113.90 and the dryer is set at $133.90.
My other favorite Nordstrom sale beauty pick is the Elemis cleansing balm. This product literally wipes all the grit and grime of your day off your face with just one small dollop. Since it’s a big jar, it will last months (possibly up to 6 months if you’re cautious with how much you use with each application!).
I hope you liked my #nsale try-on haul and recommendations. If you have any questions on products or sizing, please leave them below in the comments!
