When it comes to shopping, I feel really strongly about getting fabulous customer service. I shop a lot online (it’s so convenient!), and I expect that our luxury department stores will make the experience a great one. Nordstrom is a retailer who never disappoints. From their impeccable service to their stellar sales – they set the bar in retail. Their anniversary sale is wrapping up, but there are still great items. Take a look at my favorites from the Nordstrom Anniversay sale.

NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE
As I continue to develop my style I realize more and more what I like and what will look good on me. I love clean lines and a neutral palette, so this Joie Narrie Silk shell is a perfect compliment to my closet. You can wear this with a printed skirt for a fun, flirty look. I’d likely wear it with white jeans, these nude Charles David Caterina pumps, and this trendy Rebecca Minkoff Lexi bucket bag. Bucket bags will continue to be popular into the fall, so invest in one now! I love the rich caramel color on this one. I’d complete the look with this gorgeous Missoni grey chevron print scarf and this Leith floppy felt hat. I love hats lately and this one is adorable in the camel color.
I absolutely love the bow details on so many pieces right now. It’s girly and feminine which is totally my vibe. One of my favorite sale picks is this black and white Kate Spade Bow Shirtdress. The black patent Camila oxfords that it’s paired with online are adorable, so they made my list too. This Theory Emmanuelle bow silk blouse is also classic. If you wanted to make it a bit sexier, you could don a black lacy bra underneath. I’d probably carry this open front cashmere cardigan and Vince crossbody bag in the eggplant color with the look. At only $99 and $149 respectively, these are two of the best steals in the sale.
I’ve never considered myself great at doing makeup. I can get the job done, but normally I leave that to my bestie, Christina Fineo. I always say she makes me look like the best version of myself! But, I recently started using this BeautyBlender tool and I cannot say enough about it! It definitely helps when Christina isn’t around. Catalina Su raved about it this past week at the SimplyStylist Chicago event and I immediately purchased it. It really evens out your makeup and makes blending a breeze.
I suggest topping off any of your looks with a Butter London classic nail polish. This set’s on sale now and has all of the best colors from fuchsia to pink, beige, gray and coral.
The sale includes a ton of items for your home, but I don’t have a lot I need. I do, however, continually burn these Voluspa candles in my house. If you haven’t tried them before, then the one thing you should buy from this sale is the Maison Blanc two-wick candle trio. I love the Saijo Persimmon and Pink Citron scents. My absolute favorite scents are Crisp Champagne and Baltic Amber.
I also think this Love marquee sign is so cute. I might pick it up to have on hand for a cute themed party in the future.
That wraps up all of my picks! Did you shop the sale? If so, what were your faves?!
