As per usual, I stuck to a lot of neutral tones with my selections. But, since I did venture into my local store I worked with a Nordstrom Stylist who pushed me out of my comfort zone a bit. I wanted to get some really cozy pieces since I’m still working from home. So, I grabbed this cardigan and these grey pajamas. Then, I wanted to grab some elevated pieces for the video conference calls I take regularly. So, I got this nude L’Agence blazer and puff sleeve sweater (fit is SO good and only $28).

This L’Agence blazer is a splurge, but it is such a good work wear staple! I’m pairing it with the Leith ribbed dress that also comes in black and Marc Fisher booties. I already own two other pairs, so I’m not buying them (but you can walk miles in these).

What can I say? The Nordstrom brand pajamas are worth the hype. At only $35, they’re a great deal. I’ve already worn mine three different nights. They also come in a long-sleeved version as well.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Classic Pieces
This Rails shirt is a top 3 pick from the sale, but is currently sold out. I am really hoping it restocks. It’s beyond soft and will be a classic piece in my wardrobe for years. I’m actually wearing an XL in the picture here. Their shirts run a bit small, so I sized up to a Large.

One item I didn’t intend to purchase, but absolutely love is this graphic tee. This is one of the items the stylist pulled and I’ve already worn it this week. It’s currently sold out, but I’ll be watching for restocks. Nordstrom carries lots of other shirts from the brand here.
Also, I can’t say I had high hopes for this faux leather jacket, but WOW! It is good. It looks identical to the more expensive one from Maje I wear all the time. Since I bought the ALLSAINTS leather jacket, I didn’t need this one. But, it’s honestly a steal for only $44.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Cozy Cardigans
There are a bunch of cardigans in the Nsale, but I went in specifically to look at two. Of course, the Barefoot Dreams cardigan was on my list. I love that this style is thinner than the other versions. Living in Florida I don’t need anything too heavy. Also, this blush cardigan was just as soft and such a steal. This will go with so many things already in my closet.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Fall Outfit Inspiration
The Nordstrom sale is different from other sales because it includes all new items from the Fall collections at reduced prices. This outfit might be my absolute fav because it’s giving me all the Fall vibes! I didn’t plan to purchase either of these pieces, but c’mon! This is a perfect fall transitional outfit and will be cute for date nights too. The puff sleeve sweater will be great with jeans too.

NSale Best Athleisure Picks
I intentionally avoided most of the activewear section of the Nsale since I’ve bought a bunch of new items during shelter-in-place. But, I couldn’t pass up the oversized Nike Sweatshirt. It’s lined with fleece is is so cozy. I can picture all the movie nights on the couch in this and it will be great to wear while traveling (don’t know when I’m getting on a plane… but, a girl can dream).
When it comes to the Zella leggings, I just don’t get the hype. Personally, I don’t like a lot of compression. These aren’t super tight. But, I think I’ll stick with my Align leggings from Lulu.
