In case you aren’t familiar with it, this is the sale where you get new Fall styles at a greatly reduced cost. This year, I’m focusing mostly on products I already use and love.
If you’re anything like me, you probably really started to focus on your beauty and skincare routine in your 30’s. Things tend to sell very fast during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. So, I thought it only appropriate to share my beauty favorites first. This sale is a great time to stock up on products you love, like the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Beauty Favorites
Beauty Exclusive Selects from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale:
The beauty section during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is one of my favorite places to shop because of the exclusive sets they release. Honestly, it’s quite possibly the best value you can find.
Nsale Makeup Must-Haves
As you recall from this post, I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury. I anticipate her products will sell out quickly. So, try to get your hands on this Pillow Talk set if you can. The color is universally flattering on all skin tones and the set includes the lip liner, gloss and lipstick. This eye set also includes my favorite mascara and two of the eyeshadow pots (I use mine everyday) in gold and rose gold that will be perfect for summer and fall.
Then, I highly recommend the Bobbi Brown Face Base Moisturizing Primer. This is basically a buy one, get one deal since it’s 50% OFF! I featured this in my daily makeup routine post. It makes your face so smooth and is full of vitamins for your skin. Lastly, Urban Decay has a deal on their All Nighter Setting Spray. I never understood the purpose of setting spray until I tried this one. It’s GOLD! Your makeup won’t move at all.
Nsale Skincare Favorites
Again, my skincare favorites from the Nordstrom anniversary sale are by Charlotte Tilbury. If you’ve been wanting to try her products, I suggest getting the Red Carpet Skin Secrets Set since it has three full-size products in it. I’m obsessed with the Magic Cream and Magic Eye Rescue, but haven’t tried the Magic Serum yet. There’s also a less expensive set here that includes the Wonder Glow primer instead of the eye cream.
I’ll be purchasing the Sunday Riley Good Genes set. I got two of the tester size of this somewhere and LOVE IT (first impression is in this post).
NSale Haircare Picks
When it comes to haircare, my only pick is the Oribe Gold Lust Dry Shampoo and Texturizing Spray set. I’ve never used the dry shampoo. But, I swear by the texturizing spray! It smells incredible and works like a dream. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it, in my opinion.
For hair tools, the T3 Curling Iron and T3 Cura Hair Dryer are at the top of my list for recommendations. I personally own both of them and use them all the time (see my curler review here). The curler comes with a single barrel and it’s the 1.25 inch, which is the one I use. I love this brand and swear by their products.
NSale Beauty Device Deals
There are a handful of beauty tools that are also available at great prices. Firstly, the NuFace Trinity Facial Toning device is in the sale again this year. It’s 33% OFF! This is an FDA-cleared tool that uses microcurrent to stimulate your face to reduce the appearance of fine lines. I started using this back in 2018 if you remember this post. I need to use it more frequently than I do, but this definitely works to tighten up and tone face muscles.
The tool I’ve got my eye on is the PMD Facial Cleansing Device. It’s only $60 during the sale and I hear it really gets all the dirt and grime off your face! If I pick it up, I’ll be sure to do a review here.
