Here’s how I’m updating my Fall beauty look.
Why I change my beauty routine in Fall
When you think of Florida, you probably don’t immediately realize that the change of seasons has a major impact on our skincare. But, just like the Northern states, we too experience a lot of change between Summer and Fall. The humidity drops and the temperatures yo-yo. To keep my skin glowing and my hair healthy, I like to change up my beauty products when Fall rolls around. And, there’s nothing I love more than when I earn rewards when I shop. It honestly impacts where I purchase my products, which is why I love Albertsons (or Safeway or Jewel-Osco if those are close to where you live). So, let me break down some of my fave Fall finds. First, my natural reaction is to combat any dry skin is to start using a Dove Beauty Bar. It’s the #1 dermatologist recommended soap and there’s a reason! It hydrates your skin and it’s unique in that its formula has ¼ moisturizing cream to leave your skin soft.
Then, I like to stock up on a shampoo that helps bring back some shine to my heat-styled hair. Between weddings, NYFW and other events, I curl my hair more in Fall than any other time of the year.
