A few weeks ago some of my best girlfriends were in town and we were talking Lululemon. The new Ribbed Align Leggings came up and I shared that I did not think they would be flattering. Fast-forward a week later and I saw that a few colors went on sale. Since I’m loving all things brown right now, I quickly added them to my cart to give them a try (famous last words). They showed up and – shocker – I LOVE them! Sharing a quick look at how I styled them below.

Lululemon Ribbed Align Leggings + More New Arrivals
I’m a big fan of Lululemon (you guys loved my last post where I reviewed their sports bras). But, I wouldn’t say I’m regularly checking their new arrivals. Sidenote – perhaps I should because it’s all really chic! Anyways, while their quality is absolutely amazing I do try to make conscious choices when it comes to my purchases. As a brand, they can be quite pricey! But, since I’m wearing a lot more athleisure pieces and am going to be getting ready to start working out again, I wanted to grab a few new things. Plus, the price per wear is very good since I do reach for them often.
Lululemon Ribbed Align Leggings
As I mentioned above, I did not expect to love the Lululemon Ribbed Align Leggings. It was a nice surprise! I was worried the ribbed material wouldn’t have as much give and stretch as the original Aligns. But, they actually seem even softer and stretchier to me (if that’s possible). They come in a few different lengths – 23 inch crop, 25 inch (ankle length) and 28 inch (considered full length). I’m wearing the 25 inch.
Now, I will remind you that the Align leggings are not a compression legging. So, they won’t have that tight, suck-everthing-in kind of feel. I personally do not like that which is why I pretty much only wear these leggings. Lulu suggests you wear these for yoga, but I’ve also worn them for running for years and they hold up very well.
Lululemon Hold Tight Long Sleeve Shirt
Normally I’m not a “buy things in multiple colors” kinda gal. But, this shirt is the exception. It is buttery soft, has generous stretch and is so flattering. I now own the roasted brown, white and black colors. Do yourself a favor and grab at least one of the Hold Tight Long Sleeve Shirts (or get the short sleeve version if you prefer). It’s perfect for layering under a cute vest in winter but thin enough to wear in Spring as a transitional piece even with shorts. I wore the black one with my Agolde shorts to get my nails done this past weekend.
If you pick up either of these pieces let me know how you like them! Perhaps I’ll share how I style other Lulu items.
