This post is sponsored by NOW® and I received complimentary products to try. But, as always – all opinions are my own.
My work from home life has changed so many things about my lifestyle, from the foods I eat to the beauty treatments I use. Last year I discovered NOW and we’ve become such huge fans in our house of nearly everything they offer. From healthy snacks like their delicious roasted cashews to their natural skincare like the charcoal detox facial mask I use on the regular, our cabinets are full of their high-quality goodies! They taste good and feel great on your skin at an affordable price point – it’s a win-win.
Back when I worked in the office, I had a snack drawer filled with things I liked to munch on between meals. You’d think that my healthy snack options have expanded since I can walk my way over to the kitchen whenever I want now. But, it turns out I have a harder time pulling myself away from my desk. As such, it’s that much more important to have nutritious, natural foods at my disposal.

NOW Foods Healthy Snacks and Nutritional Supplements
Have you heard the saying, “you are what you eat”? It’s true! Filling your meals and snacks with organic and natural whole foods can make such a difference in the way you feel. The good news is you don’t have to sacrifice flavor or break the bank to create a healthy lifestyle for you and your family. I’ve stocked our pantry with yummy snacks that I promise you will reach for all the time! They also have healthy cooking oils that you may want to add to your cart as well! There’s a full review on the ones I love most in this post. Lastly, although you may eat and cook a balanced diet, as you age you’ll want to keep an eye on the supplements you may need as well. Below I’m calling out the ones I like to keep on hand to take daily.
Roasted Cashews
So, what’s my most common go-to snack? Lately, I can’t get enough of the Roasted Cashews that are Lightly Sea Salted. I prefer to munch on cashews when I’m hungry as a healthy snack because they’re high in protein which fills you up and they’re a good source of iron (mine is always low). Plus, the nuts from NOW Foods have the BEST flavor! These are really rich and buttery.
PRO TIP: portion out your snacks so you don’t kill your calorie count throughout the day!
Natural Nutritional Supplements
Another way I like to be sure I’m getting the nutrients I need each day is by taking a few natural nutritional supplements. My mom and dad have been buying NOW products for years and years! So, I’m very used to them being in the cupboard. I like to keep the CoQ10 on hand (it was recommended by my doctor to add to my fertility toolkit*). But, they have hundreds of others, including Hyaluronic Acid and all your standard vitamins.
NOW Foods Natural Beauty Products
It was almost a year ago now that I started using these natural beauty products. Since I’m loving the way my skin feels, I’ve expanded into trying some more of their skincare. Two standouts from the past few months are the Charcoal Detox Facial Mask and the Cocoa Butter Lotion.
Charcoal Detox Facial Mask
The best thing when my skin is feeling dull and my pores are out of control? This mask. It’s packed with acai and goji berry. But, the activated charcoal is the real MVP – deep cleaning your face and getting rid of those impurities. My skin absolutely glows when I use this once a week.
Cocoa Butter Lotion
Another hero skincare product I love is the Cocoa Butter lotion. I put on lotion every day when I get out of the shower and I frequently reach for this because I LOVE the way it smells! Also, it’s smooth and hydrating, made from Almond Oil and Aloe Vera. But, it doesn’t leave behind any sticky or wet residue from the formula! Such a steal for only $8.99.
