When it comes to fall fashion, neutrals continue to dominate my (overflowing) closet. But, florals are making a strong comeback (like these Rebecca Taylor and Cynthia Rowley dresses!). For me, it’s all about mixing high end pieces with affordable options. Read more to get the details on the fall fashion favorites I’m buying, including this supersoft, seriously perfect turtleneck from Express and camel suede leggings.

I just did a major purge of my closet and was pretty cutthroat about what stayed and what got the boot. With so much great fall fashion already making its way to stores, I needed to make some room for new items.
I found these gorgeous floral pants by Zara when I was in Greece and they’re online too. At $49, they’re a steal. I wore them to the Neiman Marcus Beauty event a few weeks ago and was asked over and over again where I picked them up. I paired them with this supersoft gray funnel collar top from Zara (that also comes in black and white). These 70’s inspired Carlina sunglasses by Chloe would be perfect to complete the look.
Turtlenecks are going to be HUGE for Fall, so stock up on the affordable ones from Express. They’re supersoft, but also have enough stretch which is key to a flattering fit. At $49, they’re a great deal and come in black, gray, and olive green. You can style them under a longline vest or a dress to keep you warm.
Rebecca Taylor’s Fall collection is everything. I’m bringing this flowy, boho dress to Napa with us next week while we look at venues for our wedding. I’m also a huge fan of this printed dress and this pleated, leather skirt.
I had tall, flat black boots and over-the-knee black boots in my closet already which are classic staples. But, I grabbed these French Connection Ronan patent chelsea booties on super sale at Lord & Taylor just last week, as well as these Troy ankle booties by ASKA Collection (a splurge). That rounds out my black boots lineup and they’ll be perfect for all the travel I have planned through end of year.
For accessories, I’m gravitating towards ear crawlers like these and these. Baublebar has a huge selection and they’re so much FUN! Also, thicker, longer scarves seemed to be the rage at Paris Fashion Week. With plaid continuing to be a popular print, I’ll pick up this piece by The Limited (and I also love this one by Zara – only $26!). They are great to travel with and double as a blanket.
