The Fall and Winter weather have yet to hit South Florida, but luckily it was sweater weather while we were on the second leg of our honeymoon in New Zealand. After a few days in Bora Bora, we spent a week in the South Island of New Zealand. The first stop on our tour was to Queenstown, a small ski town that reminded me of Breckenridge, Colorado. I wore this super soft cashmere cold shoulder sweater (ON SALE for 30% OFF!) for our trek to the Milford Sound, a beautiful fiord that’s been called the 8th wonder of the world before. What to wear on Thanksgiving
While we were traveling I kept thinking about the upcoming holidays (and all the great sales that are coming!). I’m incredibly grateful for so many things this year, including Matt, my family, and our amazing group of friends. The holidays are a reminder of all that I’m blessed with.
This year is going to be a little unique for our family and we’ll be going out for Thanksgiving dinner. I’m planning to wear this taupe cold shoulder sweater with my favorite white denim and go-to ankle booties by Sam Edelman. It’s a casual outfit, but the cutouts in the sweater make it slightly trendy and it’s got a little room in case I go back for seconds or thirds! A cute blanket scarf adds some character to any look. After we got back from the Milford Sound, I put one on to keep me warm against the wind while we walked around town and looked for gifts to bring back.
